host a procurement party for its millennium gala auction to take place in

February. The party kicks off at 6 p.m. Dec. 2, at NBC Studios, 3000 W.

Conner coordinated the event. The first 30 individuals to RSVP will be

The Radio City Music Hall Rockettes kick off the Glendale Galleria

holiday season from 5 to 6:30 p.m., Center Court, 2148 Glendale Galleria.

Founded in 1925 as the "Missouri Rockets," the dance troupe moved to

Radio City Music Hall where they were officially named the Rockettes. The

dancers will perform a routine from their Christmas Spectacular show and

The Glendale Galleria will host experts from the accounting firm of

Deloitte & Touche from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., 2123 Central Ave. They will be

walking through the mall and interviewing shoppers to find out what the

SATURDAY

The Far East Holistic Health Care Center will offer a Tai Chi/Qi Gong

class from 8:30 to 10 a.m. every Saturday at the Glendale Senior Center,

201 E. Colorado Blvd. Tai Chi emphasizes balance, posture, breathing

techniques and concentration. Qi Gong is the art and science of exercise

that prevents disease and prolongs life. The fee is $5 per class. For

The Three Stooges perform comedy hijinks at 2 and 8 p.m. at The Alex

Theatre, 216 N. Brand Blvd. Sponsored by The Alex Film Society, the

program will feature "Plane Nuts," "Women Haters," "Men in Black,"

"Violent is the Word for Curly" and "Brideless Groom" featuring Shemp.

Tickets are $12 for adults, $8 for kids under 12 for the evening show and

$10 and $6 for the matinee. Alex Film Society members pay $6 for any show
