Zoning request to be heard

CITY HALL - The Glendale zoning administrator will consider requests

Wednesday for permits to sell alcohol and allow the construction of

housing units.

The hearing will be at 9:30 a.m. in Room 105 of the Municipal Services

Building, 633 E. Broadway.

The Tosco Corp. is asking for a permit to be renewed to sell beer and

wine at a service station at 475 W. Colorado St.

George Boghossian & Associates is seeking a variance to allow six

multiple dwelling units to be built at 2753 Hermosa Avenue. The buildings

would exceed the building height codes and requirements for parking and

setback.
