CITY HALL -- Rubio's Restaurants Inc. is asking the city for a permit
to sell beer and wine at 249 N. Glendale Ave.
The city zoning administrator will consider the request at 9:30 a.m.
Wednesday in Room 105 of the Municipal Services Building, 633 E.
Broadway.
Two other cases will also be heard.
There is an application from Martin Kneier of Granada Hills to allow
outdoor seating and tables for a portable cart at 5040 San Fernando Road.
Todd Marks of La Crescenta will consider a request for a variance to
allow an addition to a rear of a home at 3748 Mayfield Ave. without the
required number of parking spaces.
