CITY HALL -- A proposed condominium project will be reviewed today by
the Design Review Board No. 2.
The board will meet at 1 p.m. in Room 105 of the Municipal Services
Building, 633 E. Broadway.
A developer is planning to build a 13-unit condo at 505 E. Doran St.
Other projects to be reviewed:
* 1040 Davis Ave. -- adding to a home and redesigning the roof.
* 1448 Valley View Road -- adding to the second floor of a home.
* 1260 S. Brand Boulevard -- remodeling an auto dealership and adding
16,000 square feet.
* 1511 Columbia Drive -- adding a studio to a home.
* 1477 Royal Boulevard -- adding to the first floor and second floor
to a home.
* 1451 Cordova Ave. -- constructing a two-story home with a three-car
garage.
