assaulting an officer. William Dana Bower, 19, of La Canada Flintridge,

was arrested on suspicion of assaulting an officer and disturbing the

peace. Kenny Roberts, 19, of Shadow Hills was arrested on suspicion of

obstructing an officer and public intoxication.

Police went to the house after receiving noise complaints from

neighbors when alleged scuffles with officers started. Bowers is accused

of pushing and hitting an officer, who was then allegedly pushed away

from Bower by McDay. Once officers took Bower outside, McDay tried to

prevent them from putting Bower in a police car, officials said.

When officers handcuffed McDay, he hit an officer two times and

Roberts grabbed the arm of another officer, police said.
