HELEN PODEA
Helen Podea, 79, died Sunday, Aug. 6, 2000, in a Glendale hospital.
She was born Oct. 3, 1920 in Ohio and was a longtime Glendale
resident. For 10 years, Podea had been a picture framer with Aaron Bros.
Funeral services are Thursday in The Peace Chapel of Kiefer & Eyerick
Mortuary Committal Grand View Memorial Park at 314 E. Harvard St.
Podea is survived by her daughter, Suzana Timor of Tujunga; son,
Florescu Alex of Romania; and four grandchildren.
RODNEY K. L'ONGNION
Rodney K. L'Ongnion, 42, died Sunday, Aug. 6, 2000, in his Glendale
home.
He was born May 20, 1958, in Houston, and had lived in Glendale since
1988. L'Ongnion was the proprietor of 4U2C Computer Graphics Firm.
Memorial services will be private, and the family asks that donations
be made to the American Heart Assn.
He is survived by his wife, Lois Diane Martin; parents, Arthur E.
Longron and Oma Johnson; brother, Artie Longron; and step-brother, Page
King.
