GLENDALE -- Ceremonies to break ground for a Habitat for Humanity

condominium project will be held Tuesday.

The San Gabriel Valley Habitat for Humanity will build four units at

1256 S. Orange St. The project will open in late 2001.

The three-bedroom, 1 1/2-bath units for first-time home buyers is for

applicants whose annual income does not exceed$18,250 for one person and

$30,200 for a family of six.

Families are selected based on need and a willingness to become a

partner in building the house.
