October 30, 2000

Buck Wargo

CITY HALL -- The Glendale City Council will decide Nov. 28 whether

permits should be granted to build two hillside homes.

The Chevy Chase Estates Assn. is fighting plans for the construction

of two homes at 2424 and 2429 Cascadia Drive.

The homes would be built on slopes of 83% and 68.5%. Permits are

required for slopes of greater than 50%.
