CITY HALL -- They're being called masterpieces of horror.
The Committee for a Clean & Beautiful Glendale has named dozens of
Glendale homes and a few businesses winners in the fifth annual Halloween
Outdoor Recognition Decorating Program.
The Halloween Spirit Award is given to the most creatively decorated
houses in Glendale. A certificate was awarded.
People are encouraged to visit the homes tonight. The winners are:
