The following incidents were taken from police reports.
* 400 N. Glendale Ave.: A 20-year-old Los Angeles man was arrested
Monday on suspicion of trying to cash a stolen check and Sanwa Bank.
* 500 block of Milford Street: A woman told police someone stole
cartons of cigarettes and a safe containing jewelry and money from her
home Monday.
* Central Avenue and Colorado Street: A 34-year-old Glendale man was
arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving under the influence.
* Colorado Street and Porter Street: A 32-year-old Glendale man was
arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving under the influence.
* 900 block of East Colorado Street: A man told police someone stole
his cellular telephone from his car Sunday.
* Glendale Galleria: A man told police someone stole computerized cash
registers from three restaurants -- Fresh Connection, La Salsa and WazWan
-- after they closed Sunday or before they opened Monday.
* 300 block of West Windsor Road: A woman told police someone stole
her Chihuahua from her yard Sunday.
