Letter - James Harrington

Hi folks -- let's get off of Dave Weaver's back for awhile, because

Mr. Weaver is doing a good service for a lot of people and many homeless

pets with his show, "Weaver's Dog House."

We have another problem in our town that is much more serious. It

seems to me that our mayor, Gus Gomez, is getting much more exposure and

publicity from the press and the gadflies in town about his lowering the

flag for an unjust cause than he deserves.

A person with an eighth-grade education should be able to read and

understand the rules about flying our flag. Mr. Gomez, my wife and I are

so sorry that we voted for you in the last election. We will do better

next time.
