The following information was inadvertantly omitted from Wednesday's
front-page story on the newly released Revised Draft Environmental Impact
Report on the proposed Oakmont View V project:
Lee Gregg, vice president of [Oakmont developer Gregg's Artistic
Homes], said he planned to have several consultants review the new
document.
"We want to make sure it's correct and accurate," Gregg said.
He said he was especially concerned that Glendale officials did not
allow his company to provide information and comments "to assist the city
in creating the second draft EIR."
Gregg said failing to do so violated a 1993 court order giving the
company the right to review the report prior to its release, he said.
Glendale Senior Planner David Bobardt could not be reached for comment
Tuesday afternoon. Planner Laura Stotler said she had not yet had time to
review the document and couldn't comment on it.
