Two tigers from Sumatra are among the most recent addition to the Los

Angeles Zoo family. The arrival of the tigers marks the first time in 35

years that the zoo has had an exhibit of the rare animal. The tigers,

both 2 years old, have spent the past few months adjusting to their new

home. Sumatran tigers are the smallest of the species. Another addition

to the zoo's collection are five crested capuchin monkeys. The monkeys

are from the Rio Primate Center in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The monkeys

are native to the rain forests and are considered endangered animals.
