More than 200 classic cars cruised the streets of Montrose Saturday

night at the annual Hot Nights, Cool Cars event.

Owners turned out to showboat their cars of all makes and models amid

antique fire trucks and ambulances.

gastronomic fare.

The third annual car show, which is sponsored by the Montrose Shopping

Park Assn., was held from 4 to 9 p.m. Saturday in the 2200 to 2400 block

of Honolulu Avenue.

It's an event the community really comes out for, with 98% of the cars

owned by local residents, said organizer Lori Flagg.
