LA CANADA FLINTRIDGE -- The La Canada Flintridge Coordinating Council
is seeking nominations for the 2002 Les Tupper Community Service Awards.
Nominees should have long-term and broad-based communityinvolvement
beyond their job-related duties. They may be involved in youth,
education, cultural pursuits, religious business or social service.
Qualifications should include demonstrated leadership qualities and
positive effect on the community.
La Canada Flintridge residency is a must for all nominations.
The Student Service Award nominees must possess outstanding personal
attributes and be in grades 11 or 12.
Nomination forms for the awards are available at City Hall, the La
Canada Library, the La Canada Flintridge Chamber of Commerce, John Torrey
Photography and other locations.
The deadline for nominations is March 15.
