Street sweeping, on foot

March 23, 2002

LA CRESCENTA -- More than 100 students from Lutheran School of the

Foothills walked along Foothill Boulevard Friday looking for trash. The

students, in second through sixth grades, participated in a work project

Friday to help the community and raise funds for the school. Students and

faculty raised about $5,000 with help from members of the community.
