Reception planned for artists, public

MONTROSE -- A wine and cheese reception for the finalists in the

Montrose-Verdugo City Chamber of Commerce Juried Art Exhibit is planned

for Friday.

Awards for the art exhibit will be given at the reception. The works

will be displayed for public viewing until May 17 at Cal Fed

Bank-Montrose, 2350 Honolulu Ave.; Whites Gallery, 2414 Honolulu Ave.;

and Village Square Gallery, 2418 Honolulu Ave.

The reception is from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Cal Fed Bank-Montrose. The

public is invited to attend. The cost is $3 per person. For more
