2001 Toyota sports car, Sgt. Dennis Smith said.

Timbol eluded one police car, but another police car caught up with

him at Brand Boulevard and Monterey Road.

Timbol was apprehended near Louise Street and Colorado Boulevard,

Smith said.

Timbol is being held in custody at Glendale City Jail, and is

scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday, Smith said. The offenses carry a

minimum sentence of six months in county jail, Smith said. Police

records did not account for the other vehicle that was racing Timbor's

car.
