Car wash raises money for Make-A-Wish

Get your car washed for a good cause.

Foothill Car Wash is donating $2 for every car it washes Nov. 2 to

the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Foothill Car Wash is trying to raise at

least $1,000 for the organization.

The event is part of the second annual Wash USA, and car washes

nationwide will join Foothill Car Wash in the fund-raising effort.

Last year, the event raised almost $40,000 nationally for the

International Committee of the Red Cross.

Foothill Car Wash is at 2355 Foothill Blvd. Its hours are 8 a.m.
