At 100 West, it has been their goal to "provide an exceptional and
upscale dining experience for the Glendale community," since they
began operations in 1992. They proudly serve only aged and certified
Angus Beef(TM) which is more selective than the standards used for
USDA Choice or Prime cuts. Their extensive wine list allows the wait
staff to help you choose the right wine to complete your dining
experience.
The appetizer or "Starters" menu consists of Chilled Jumbo Shrimp,
Dungeness Crab Cakes, Lobster Bisque, and Portobello Mushroom Soup.
Salads include the Chop House Mixed Salad, the Spinach Salad, and a
Sliced Beefsteak Tomato course.
Main courses, which come accompanied by a 100 West Caesar Salad
and warm bread, include the Boneless Rib Eye, New York Strip, Filet
Mignon, and T-Bone steaks. Non-beef entrees include the Shrimp
Scampi, Roast Rack of Lamb, Double Bone Pork Chop, Breast of Chicken,
Sterling Salmon, Swordfish Steak, and Roasted Chilean Sea Bass.
Top off these main courses with something from the "Sides" menu,
like a one-half-pound baked potato, garlic mashed potatoes, new
potatoes, fresh cut corn, mushroom risotto, creamed spinach,
asparagus hollandaise, or sauteed Gorgonzola mushrooms. Finish off
your feast for the palate by selecting something from the dessert
offerings.
While 100 West American Grill provides a "premium" dining
experience, the prices are competitive, and the atmosphere can't be
beat.
