Montrose Oktoberfest dinner tickets available

Dinner tickets for the 26th annual Oktoberfest in Montrose are

available for $7.50 at Schreiner's Fine Sausages, 3417 Ocean View

Blvd., Montrose.

Dinner is from 4 to 9 p.m. Oct. 4 at two locations: the Washington

Mutual Bank parking lot at 2314 Honolulu Ave., and the public parking

lot at 2406 Honolulu Ave. The authentic German dinner includes two

bratwurst, sauerkraut, potato salad and rye bread.

The festival runs from noon to 11 p.m. Oct. 4 and also includes a

beer garden, a Bavarian band and a best-dressed dog contest. The 2300

and 2400 blocks of Honolulu Avenue. will be closed to through

traffic. Admission is free.
