Contest to determine name for Town Center

What's in a name? For one Glendale resident, $1,000.

Caruso Affiliated Holdings, the developer for the Town Center, is

conducting a naming contest for the proposed 15.5-acre residential

and commercial campus in downtown Glendale. The winner of the

contest, which is open to Glendale residents, will receive a $1,000

shopping spree, and the company will donate $1,000 to a Glendale

school of the winner's choice.

Caruso Affiliated is taking submissions by mail at Caruso

Affiliated Holdings, 101 The Grove Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90036, or

by e-mail at names@glendaletowncenter. com. All entries must have a

name, address and phone number and be postmarked or e-mailed by March

12. Employees of the city of Glendale or Caruso Affiliated are not

eligible to participate in the contest. The winner will be announced

at a joint meeting between the City Council and the Redevelopment

Agency on March 30.
