Rain forces five soccer matches to be rescheduled

Five area high school soccer matches were postponed Friday because of

inclement weather. Four of the contests have been rescheduled,

pending weather conditions.

Hoover High's boys' Pacific League soccer match against host

Crescenta Valley will be played at 3:15 p.m. Monday. Should it rain

Monday, the match would then be played at 3:15 p.m. Wednesday.

Hoover's girls' league home contest against CV will take place at

3:15 p.m. Monday.

The Glendale-Pasadena Pacific League boys' match will begin at

3:15 p.m. Friday at Glendale. A makeup date hadn't been determined

concerning the girls' match between Glendale and host Pasadena.

The Prep League girls' match between Chadwick and host Flintridge

Prep will start at 2:30 p.m. Jan. 22.
