Registration for children eligible to enter grades Kindergarten to 12 in the 2005-06 school year in the Glendale Unified School District is available by appointment only July 5 through August 19 between the hours of 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Registration appointments can be made by calling 241- 3111, ext. 284, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Registration is being conducted at the GUSD office at 223 N. Jackson St., Room 203.
The following documents are required for registration:
1. Birth date verification (one of the items listed below)
Birth Certificate
Passport/Visa/I-94 Card (Arrival/Departure Record)
Baptismal Certificate
