Coward's "Hay Fever" Staged at GCC

Noel Coward's comedy "Hay Fever" opens this week in the Glendale Community College Auditorium Mainstage Theatre.

Kim Mowrey is the guest director of the Theatre Arts Department production.

Performances are at 8 p.m. on April 27, 28, 29, May 4, 6, 12 and 13. The Sunday matinees are May 7 and 14 at 2 p.m.

"Hay Fever" is a comedy of bad manners as four guests arrive at the English country home of the theatrical Bliss family. The cast includes Jordan Grout of Los Angeles as David Bliss and Alex Wooten of Glendale as Judith Bliss. Simon, played by Chris Michael Beltran of Burbank and Sorel, played by Emily Peters of Burbank, are the Bliss offspring. The houseguests are played by Meagon Ligons of Valley Village, Mario Mason of Glendale, Vatche Asmerian of North Hollywood and Tiffany Brain of Burbank. Jessyca Bluwal of Los Angeles has the role of Clara.
