First Church of Christ, Scientist, La Cañada Flintridge, invites everyone to its Sunday services, at 10 a.m., which offer congregants a healing environment, anchored by a weekly Bible lesson-sermon, with excerpts from the pastor....the Bible and the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures", by Mary Baker Eddy.
This week's lesson, Christ Jesus, is one of 26 topics, repeated twice yearly. Each week's lesson explores spiritual ideas and the system of healing in Christian Science. Services also include prayer, hymn singing, and a solo. A collection is taken.
