LCF Church of Lighted Window:Holy Communion Set at Lighted Window

Pastor Skip Lindeman will lead the 10 a.m. worship service this Sunday, Oct. 1, at Church of the Lighted Window in La Cañada Flintridge.

Members of the church's youth will greet the arriving worshippers. Visitors are welcome. The worship service will include the sacrament of Holy Communion.

The Chancel choir, accompanied by church organist Joseph Klice, will provide special music. The choir will perform "If You Love Me" by Thomas Tallis. Tenor Jason Diener will sing the offertory solo, "Panis Angelicus" by Cesar Fanck.

Nursery care is available for infants and toddlers and church school classes are available for preschool ages through high school. Theresa Servin is director of Christian education.

Members of the church's Serendipity Circle will host the coffee hour in Fellowship Hall following the service.

Church of the Lighted Window, which is located at 1200 Foothill Blvd., is a Congregational Church affiliated with the United Church of Christ.
