Bikefest to Benefit Breast Cancer

Eight of the largest Harley-Davidson dealerships in Southern California will present the Southern California Bikefest to benefit the Los Angeles Chapter of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation on Sun., Oct. 15, at Frank G. Bonelli Park in San Dimas from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

38 Special, The Marshall Tucker Band, and Lee Rocker of the Stray Cats will headline the festival's concert. Other attractions will include a 2007 Harley-Davidson motorcycle show, a Harley® Dealer Swap Meet, a Vendor Village and trade show, and a food and beverage fair.

Tickets are $35 at the gate or $30 in advance. Tickets for children under 12 are $5 and available at the gate. Advance discount tickets are available at the eight presenting dealerships and through Ticketweb.com. Advance tickets purchased at a dealership include a free $5 opportunity ticket to win a 2007 Harley-Davidson Sportster. Most of the eight dealerships are also offering advance tickets online through their websites.

Frank G. Bonelli Regional Park is adjacent to Raging Waters and features a lush valley with pine trees, a lake, and views of the San Gabriel Mountains. The park is located at Raging Waters / Via Verde Drive off the 57 freeway between the 210 and 10 freeways.
