Each of the homes is unique, either in history or structure. The tour includes one residence from the Pioneer era, built by the grandson of Frank Lloyd Wright. Another is a classic stone building, popular in the foothill region. A solar home is also featured that has a solar train around the pool and an indoor waterfall. The stucco home has been transformed from a modest bungalow into a beautiful Craftsman-style home.

In addition to the homes, there will be antique automobiles, nostalgic music, food and more.

Proceeds benefit the Historical Society of the Crescenta Valley.
