Person(s) unknown used the bank card of a resident in the 2500 block of Mary Street in Montrose to make purchases without authorization.
Person(s) unknown smashed the driver's side of a vehicle parked in the 1000 block of Foothill Blvd. in La Cañada and stole a purse.
Masimeke Masikon Abson, 21, of Corona was arrested on being a registered gang member in possession of a firearm after being stopped on Little Tujunga Canyon.
Arthur Melikian, 27, of North Hollywood was cited for suspicion of possession of a narcotic and driving on a suspended California driver's license.
Joel Garcia Barrios, 35, of San Fernando was cited for not having a valid California driver's license, no proof of insurance and not stopping at a stop sign.
Christian Geovani Miranda, 28, of Palmdale was cited on driving on a suspended California driver's license.
Person(s) unknown vandalized a business in the 3300 block of North Verdugo Road in Glendale damaging plant containers and breaking windows.
