Roosevelt Middle School offer these five reasons to say "No" to drugs: drugs and alcohol can kill you; if you get caught with them, you'll go to jail; drug and alcohol users do poorly in school; drug and alcohol users hurt other people; and drugs and alcohol mess up your body.

The school's food drive runs Nov. 6 to 10. The PTSA meeting with Paul Royer drew an appreciative audience who learned skills for dealing with teenagers.
