Verdugo Hills Hospital is offering expectant mothers and fathers a five-week Lamaze course on childbirth preparation, starting from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at 1812 Verdugo Blvd., Glendale. An instructor will demonstrate muscle-strengthening exercises as well as relaxation and breathing techniques for labor.
