Cancer Services at Glendale Adventist Medical will offer low-cost prostate cancer screenings on Tuesday, May 1 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. by appointment. The screenings will take place in the Cancer Center, 381 Merrill, Glendale (located on the hospital campus). Glendale Adventist Medical Center physicians and family practice residents will conduct PSA & digital rectal exams.
Screenings are particularly important for men over age 50 who have no symptoms of prostate cancer (no blood in urine, no difficulty in starting/stopping urine flow, no pain while urinating) and men under age 50 who are at high risk for prostate cancer.
