Heartfelt Thanks
On Saturday, March 31, there was an Arbor Day tree planting ceremony at Two Strike Park in honor of our son, Nicholas Steinbacher.
There were a great number of people in attendance and many people who came and spoke of our son's service and how important it is to protect and nourish the world that we live in.
Although Nick is no longer with us, a beautiful oak tree will be planted in the new little park on the corner of Briggs and Foothill that will continue to grow and be a part of this community for many, many years to come.
We know that there were many people who were involved in the planning, setting up and taking down of this event, and we would like to thank each and every one of them.
The community continues to define itself as caring and compassionate and the Steinbacher family thanks you all.

Consider this: Prior to the Montreal shooting recently, 8 of the previous 13 school shooters were under the influence of psychiatric drugs at the time of the shootings.
