Tologs capture three Mission League crowns; volleyball and swim teams climb CIF ladder.

Feb. 6 — Basketball team defeats Louisville 73-71 on senior day for only league win of the year. Two days later, team’s 10-15 season ends with a 56-37 loss at Chaminade.

Feb. 7 — Senior soccer players play their last game, a 0-0 tie against Sherman Oaks Notre Dame at home in season finale.

March 2 — Softball team begins season with 14-1 win against Mayfield.

March 9 — Softball team runs record to 5-0 with 20-1 beating of Rosemead.

March 14 — Swimming team improves to 4-0 with 109-71 defeat of defending Division III-champion Mayfield.

March 19 — Forward Carly Crowder named to All-CIF Division I team in soccer.

April 6 — Member of softball and track teams, Kathryn Poet, named school’s Student Athlete of the Year.

April 24 — Swimming team wins Royal Invitational with 277 points.

April 26 — Swimming team clinches Mission League title with 109-61 win against Sherman Oaks Notre Dame. Tologs go on to finish a perfect 5-0 in league play.

April 30 — Jessica Ferri tosses a one-hitter to lead softball team to a 5-0 win against Louisville.

May 4 — In league finals, freshman Andrea Kropp and Beth Strub swim to individual Mission League titles in 100-yard breastroke and 200 freestyle, respectively. Two-hundred medley and 400 freestyle relay teams each set new school records en route to winning league titles.

In track and field, Rincon, Poet and Hartwig qualify for CIF preliminaries in the Mission League finals.

May 12 — Swimming team enjoys best year since 1995 Division III title run with a runner-up finish in CIF Southern Section Division II finals. Kropp wins title in 100 breaststroke. Kropp, Briana Swinney, Tricia Dobson and Alex Marquez team to win first CIF relay titles in school history, in 200 medley and 400 freestyle.

In track and field, Hartwig and Rincon advance to CIF finals in 800- and 3,200-meter races, respectively.

May 15 — Kropp wins CIF Masters Meet title in 100 breaststroke in meet-record 1 minute 3.80 seconds.

May 19 — Hartwig and Rincon both finish eighth in the 800- and 3,200-meter runs, respectively, in the CIF final meet.
