Mayfield Avenue in Glendale, a resident reported witnessing a man fleeing from her vehicle that she had parked in the driveway of her residence. She had gone into her home, but returned shortly to find a man, described as white, of average build in his 30s, sitting in the driver’s seat of her vehicle. She yelled and he fled; 3800 block at 5:48 a.m. on Nov. 6.

Montrose Avenue in Montrose, the passenger side front door window was shattered and a global positioning system was stolen; 3000 block overnight, Nov. 5-6.

Honolulu Avenue in Glendale, the passenger side window was shattered and a briefcase was stolen from a parked vehicle; 2700 block overnight, Nov. 5-6.

Lowell Avenue and Altura Avenue in La Crescenta, a 25-year-old Whittier man was cited for driving without a valid California driver’s license at 3:42 p.m. on Nov. 7.

Foothill Boulevard and Boston Avenue in La Crescenta, a 27-year-old Los Angeles man was cited for driving without a valid California driver’s license.

Ocean Boulevard in Montrose, a karate studio was vandalized with spray-painted graffiti overnight, Nov. 7-8.

Boston Avenue in Glendale, the rear door of a residence was kicked in during an apparent attempt to burglarize a home; 5000 block reported at 12:25 p.m. on Saturday.

North Verdugo Road in Glendale, a 21-year-old Pasadena man was arrested on public intoxication charges after he reportedly attempted to grab the eyeglasses of a gas station attendant at the Mobil station. He fled the station and apparently fell onto the ground in the middle of the Verdugo Road.

Glendale police helped him to his feet and discovered several cuts on his hands and a bump over his right eye. He told the officers that he had been involved in a fight at nearby Sun Palace restaurant. He also admitted to drinking a “couple of beers.” He was arrested; 3700 block at 2:20 a.m. on Sunday.

Galer Place and Naranja Drive in Glendale, a 19-year-old La Crescenta man was arrested on outstanding warrants and suspicion of possession of prescription drugs. According to the report, the man was parked in his vehicle, sitting in the passenger seat with his girlfriend. He told the officers he and his girlfriend were “chilling” until they had to go to church.

Officers discovered outstanding warrants in the man’s name for possession of a narcotic, giving false information to a peace officer and possession of a stolen vehicle. He was arrested at 9:02 a.m. on Sunday.
