Brand galleries taking submissions
The Brand Library Art Galleries is now accepting submissions from artists, artist groups and curators for exhibitions to be scheduled in 2010.
Original work in all media will be considered. Submissions will be accepted through Jan. 31. For more information and application instructions visit www. brandlibrary.org.
Educators will be honored at reception
All educators are invited to the Educator Appreciation Reception at 11 a.m. Jan. 17 at Barnes & Noble, 210 Americana Way, Glendale.
There will be food, giveaways, raffle prizes, games, resources and information for teachers and schools.
