Runners stretched and drilled Sunday morning in preparation for the Downtown Dash on March 8.
The workout was part of an eight-week boot camp leading up to the event and run by All About You! Wellness Bootcamp. Runners paid $20 to participate.
It started with stretching and warm-up exercises at Chess Park on Brand Boulevard, then continued with drills at the top of the public parking structure on Orange Street. Runners ended the session with a cool-down run on surrounding streets.
