Carol Rhae Powell Feighery was born in Glendale on Jan 19, 1950 and passed away Jan. 8 in Manitou Springs, Colo. Surviving Carol are her husband, Andrew, and her mother Emma Powell, both of Manitou Springs.
Preceding her in death are her father, Charles; brother Robert, and sister Linda Powell.
Carol grew up in La Crescenta and attended local schools Dunsmore Elementary, Clark Junior High and Crescenta Valley High School.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Corgi Rescue Foundation of Colorado Springs of which she was a member.
