League swim meet rescheduled

A Pacific League dual swimming meet between Hoover and host Glendale has been rescheduled for 3:15 p.m. today.

The event was slated for Wednesday, but Glendale Athletic Director Carol Driffill said Hoover encountered transportation issues and asked that the meet be pushed back one day.

CV Soccer Club workouts set

The Crescenta Valley Soccer Club will hold open workouts through April.

Club members Dave De Hart and Lauren McAdams will be on hand.

Celebrity golf tourney to take place

The second annual National Kidney Foundation Celebrity Golf Tournament will be held Monday at Lakeside Golf Club, 4500 W. Lakeside Drive, Toluca Lake.

The public is welcomed to participate in the tournament, which will feature George Lopez, Stewart Rahr and others.
