Foothill Boulevard in La Crescenta, a 26-year-old La Crescenta man was arrested for suspicion of possession of a narcotic after police found him sitting in front of Vons Market in the 3200 block at 12:26 a.m. on April 24.

Foothill Boulevard in La Crescenta, a 52-year-old Sunland man was arrested for being intoxicated in public and being in possession of stolen property from the Vons Market. According to the report, police stopped the suspect as he was stumbling through the parking lot. They found two cans of alcohol in his possession that he reportedly admitted taking from the store without attempting to pay in the 3200 block at 6:29 p.m. on April 23.

Encinal and Pennsylvania avenues in La Crescenta, a 26-year-old San Fernando man was arrested for suspicion of possession of a narcotic while driving and his passenger, a 21-year-old Sylmar man was arrested for suspicion of possession of a narcotic at 3:36 p.m. on April 22.

Altura Avenue in Glendale, a 4” by 50’ rolled chain linked fence that weighed approximately 8,102 pounds was stolen from the Lincoln Elementary School campus between April 15-17.

Salisbury Road in La Cañada, a global positioning system, Blue Tooth and leather jacket were stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 800 block between 5 p.m. and 11 p.m. on Sunday.

Evening Canyon Drive in La Cañada, a cellphone and charger, global positioning system, wallet and other personal property were stolen from two vehicles, one locked and one unlocked, in the 5700 block overnight, April 23-24.

Foothill Boulevard in La Cañada, a woman reported she had been shopping at La Cañada Books and Toys, then went to Ralphs Market and discovered her wallet had been stolen. She was contacted by her bank that same day and was told her an attempt to use her credit card had been made twice at T.J. Maxx in the 600 block between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. on April 23.
