The Verdugo Hills Art Assn. will feature award-winning artist and illustrator Joe Cibere at 7 p.m. at La Crescenta Presbyterian Church, 2902 Montrose Ave. Cibere focuses on “Abstract realism” and his paintings integrate a strong balance with design and illusion.
