The Gladiators (1-1-1) scored a late touchdown in the fourth quarter to pick up the tie Sunday. John Monroe recovered a fumble and logged a sack while Tyler Hill, Max Burcher, Danny Pardo, Brian Erickson, Michael Doud and a host of others had many tackles for losses. Augy Saucedo recovered a fumble late in the game to halt a Raider drive.
The Gladiators trailed late until Thomas Stea followed Saucedo’s block into the end zone.

The Gladiators improved to 3-0 with the home win Sunday. They have yet to surrender a point.
On the first play from scrimmage, Kyle Tavizon got through a gaping hole to score on a 78-yard run. Nick McConnell added the two-point conversion to make it 8-0.
Quarterback Jack Philo scored on an eight-yard run to extend the lead to 14-0. McConnell later ran it in to make it 22-0. Jack Philo later hit Matt Erickson on a nine-yard scoring pass. Charlie Bednar also had a rushing touchdown.

Lombardo later tossed a 27-yard touchdown pass to Taylor Meeks to extend the lead to 14-0. Lombardo then scored on a 15-yard run to make it 21-0.

The Jets got on the scoreboard first to make it 6-0 on a 55-yard touchdown run by Jake Johnson. That would be the first of two touchdowns for Johnson. Zachery Washington scored on a 12-yard run. Wide receivers Marceles Clash and Jorge Escandon combined for more than 150 yards.
