Zarian show to host prosecutor

Vincent Bugliosi, who successfully prosecuted the Manson clan and went on to be a best-selling author with “Helter Skelter,” is scheduled to appear live Thursday on “The Larry Zarian Show” to discuss his literary works.

Bugliosi successfully prosecuted 105 out of 106 felony jury trials, including 21 murder convictions, during his career at the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office, including his most famous trial for Charles Manson.

In addition to the true crime book on the Manson murders, “Helter Skelter,” Bugliosi went on to write the best-selling novel “Reclaiming History,” about the 1963 assassination of President John F. Kennedy.

He also wrote “The Prosecution of George W. Bush for Murder” and other books.

The pre-taped show airs at 7 p.m. on Channel 280.

Bugliosi’s also scheduled to give a talk on his work at the Central Library Auditorium at 7 p.m. Tuesday. The event, sponsored by the Glendale Friends of the Public Library, is free and open to the public. For more information, call (818) 548-2042.

This award is for women who have made a difference by working to improve the lives of women and/or girls.
