Utility to talk smart meters at meetings
Glendale Water & Power is scheduled to hold two public meetings to inform customers about the upcoming installation of smart meters.
The new meters will provide two-way communication between the utility and customers, allowing them to view their water and electricity usage in real time. Glendale Water & Power plans to finish installing the meters citywide by September 2011.
