Scattered showers with and thunderstorms that slicked the roadways this week are expected to give way to partly cloudy skies tomorrow as the weather system moves out of Southern California, according to the National Weather Service.

Partly cloudy skies are forecast to last through the rest of the week, with temperatures in the mid-60s until this weekend, when highs are expected to reach into the low-70s.

Officials said the slow, but steady, rain had not caused any damage in the foothills or to the run-off infrastructure.
