Tabby is an almost middle aged girl in the prime of her cat…

Tabby is an almost middle-aged girl, in the prime of her cat years. She is a very mellow, observant 8-year-old prize with classic tabby markings and beautiful green eyes. She doesn’t like sudden loud noises but doesn’t seem bothered by the barking from the kennels, suggesting she may have been around dogs in her pre-shelter life. She is spayed and ready to go home with her new owner. Tabby is eligible for the shelter’s Seniors for Seniors discount, which is applicable to all Burbank residents older than 55. To meet Tabby, contact the shelter and inquire about ID No. A037772.

The shelter is at 1150 N. Victory Place, Burbank. For more information, call (818) 238-3340. To view all available pets, visit www.thevbas.org. The shelter hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, and closed major holidays. Adoption fees are dogs, $104; cats, $78; and bunnies, $30, and prices include spaying or neutering, vaccinations and microchip.
