Ronald Radke, the lead singer of the rock band Falling In Reverse, was arrested Monday morning at his home in Glendale on an outstanding warrant for alleged domestic assault.
The Los Angeles County district attorney’s office had issued the warrant after Radke’s girlfriend told Glendale police that he had physically assaulted her at their home on May 1, Sgt. Tom Lorenz said.
Radke, 28, was arrested without incident and was later released on a $30,000 bail bond, officials said.
He is charged with a misdemeanor count of corporal injury to his girlfriend and misdemeanor false imprisonment, according to a Los Angeles County Superior Court criminal complaint.
The former frontman of Escape the Fate, Radke was sentenced to five years’ probation for battery charges stemming from his role in the shooting death of an 18-year-old man in Nevada in 2006. While he didn’t pull the trigger, Radke spent 2 1/2 years in Nevada state prison when his parole was revoked for missing an appointment with his parole officer in 2008.
