A 23-year-old Glendale man was arrested Saturday after he allegedly pulled out a knife and advanced toward a police officer.
The officer initially arrived shortly after 3 p.m. in the 1700 block of Glenoaks Boulevard in response to a report of man who had pointed a knife at another man, according to Glendale police.
Several witnesses directed the officer to David Meron, who was then detained at gunpoint, police said. The officer investigated the incident and decided to let Meron go, advising him to control himself.
