Though the number of Armenian-American voters in the area is unknown, estimated figures are attracting attention from political candidates and activists alike. "It's large enough now to make a difference," said Levon Marashlian, a history and government professor at Glendale Community College. With tight races such as the Rogan-Schiff battle for the 27th Congressional District, some people believe Armenian-American voters could sway the general election in November.
